After high demand from our guests, we've decided to offer a SPECIAL LUNCH TAKEAWAY MENU from 12-3pm everyday! Just pop by or call ahead (02074074682) to get our normal dishes, such as Pork Shoulder & Juniper Ragu Pappardelle or Chickpea, Pancetta & Tomato Soup, but in a nifty little lunch package that you can take back to the office with you! As well as an array of pastas, risottos, soups and salads, we've also got our delicious desserts of Baked Tiramisu Cheesecake and Chocolate, Almond & Hazelnut Cake! So... who's planning some Antico for takeaway tomorrow?

Welcome to Antico

Antico Restaurant opened its doors at the dawn of 2012. Its philosophy is simple — Italian comfort food in a comfortable atmosphere.

Owner Nick Crispini and Head Chef Nicholas Schizas met working side-by-side in an Italian kitchen run by Theo Randall. Both came from very different backgrounds but found they had one thing very much in common — an unwavering passion for traditional Italian food. Not just any ole food, we’re talking food that melts in your mouth and suddenly takes you to a place in south western Tuscany sat at a table with your 23 cousins feasting on a giant dish of the freshest homemade fazzoletti that your grandmother made for your whole family. Oh, and you can’t forget that delightful glass of Morellino di Scansano that washes the delicate pasta down with a sense of ease.

Back to reality you’re not in Italy (and probably not even Italian!), but the point is that Antico will make you feel that way. Dishes are kept simple in the hopes of every single ingredient showcasing its clarity of flavour. With a menu that changes by the season to ensure the highest quality of ingredients, Antico blends its old-fashioned authenticity with a fresh approach making it a perfect fit for the contemporary palate.
